San Diego’s Xsjado pro rider Damien Wilson takes the cover of Issue #10, and shares his singular perspective on skating and life in his feature interview. Wes Driver and Damien went on a journey through the Salton Sea and Borrego Springs to capture photos for the all black-and-white feature; with striking results. Also in #10, Philly’s new dynamic duo of Jon Jon Bolino and Drew Amato deliver a hot premiere for the young sensation, the one-and-only Chris Mitchell puts the screws to Mike Opalek for a 15 Minutes that gets to the heart of some serious history, plus pics of Stockwell, O’Neill, Garlinghouse, Humphries and more. ONE #10 — nothing else even comes close.

It’s refreshing to see skaters like Damien Wilson get this kind of recognition. His skating brings out a lot of elements people neglect; simplicity and just pure finess. Roll on.
